We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2.1 Domestic Deliveries (Australia)
We ship across all regions of Australia — including metro, regional, and remote areas.
2.2 International Deliveries
We also ship to select international countries. Standard international shipping is free of charge. Delivery timeframes generally range from 8 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note: Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: We only ship to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately cannot process your order at this time.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are typically processed the same business day.
- Pre-orders or customized items may take longer; this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- Processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.

- Standard delivery times range between 8–20 business days, for both domestic and international orders.
- Estimated delivery dates, including processing and transit time, are displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.
- In rare cases, unforeseen delays (e.g., customs, weather, courier issues) may extend delivery times.
- Remote or rural areas may require an additional 2–5 business days.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales events), delivery times may be extended.

6. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free worldwild— no minimum spend required.
- Express shipping options may be offered at checkout for an additional fee (when available).
7. Order Tracking
7.1 Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
7.2 Tracking Activation
- Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of shipment
- For international orders, tracking may take up to 5 business days to show updates
- Some remote areas may have limited tracking visibility
7.3 Tracking Issues
If your tracking shows no updates for 5 or more business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our shipping partners.
8. Address Requirements & Changes
8.1 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address with unit/apartment numbers
- Correct postal/ZIP code
- Phone number (required for international deliveries)
8.2 Address Changes
Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. Once an order enters processing, address changes may not be possible.
8.3 Incorrect Addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees or restocking charges.
9. Customs and Import Duties

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
- These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- Delivery may be delayed if customs documentation is required

We accurately declare all items and their values on customs forms as required by international shipping regulations.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no charge, or
- Provide a full refund
11.2 Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a prompt resolution.
